It is all about time spent dealing with the symptoms of the problem and providing the answer.

∆ The Make/Model of the computer, include the model number if possible such as Emachine D6419 or Advent T9102

∆ The operating system in use, for example Windows 98, XP etc

∆ The problem in the best way you can describe it.

∆ An email address or mobile telephone number.

∆ Your fee of £5.00 payable to cfell54@yahoo.co.uk
